We have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this absolute cracker since the beginning of the new year (yes, this is how amazing it is!) Dreaming of warmer days, catching those rays whilst sipping on this fantastic seasonal Manzanilla!

Produced again by the famous and utterly fabulous Hidalgo (who we are hoping the visit in June in Sanlucar de Barrameda!) A very special tipple, bottled only twice a year, in spring and autumn when the flor is at its thickest.  En Rama pretty much means “raw” and the idea is that this sherry is basically straight from the barrel, without being filtered. It’s very earthy but still maintains those classic salty notes of the classic La Gitana, as well as nutty, fruity aromas and a strong yeasty, meaty intensity.
